I was recommended by a family member , specifically to Don at Braneida. I called 3 times , speaking with the receptionist, before finally getting a call from Don, who seemed annoyed, and rude . He asked if I was home later that day , to come by and check out my furnace . No call, no show, no nothing. I called back one last time, asked if they wanted my buisness, and that this would be the last time I called . Again, no follow up, no communication.
