I was super anxious to get my endoscopy. I felt awful for the staff because I was panicking and kept apologizing for being anxious and they made me feel so comfortable and told me that it was normal to be anxious! Everyone from the front desk to the doctors and nurses to the anesthesiologist were very kind. They were very reassuring throughout the entire process and were very understanding about my chronic illnesses and ensured I stayed comfortable the entire time.

Had a nice experience everyone was very helpful and had patience since it was my first time getting an colonoscopy and also had the endoscopy would highly recommend if you have to get either 1 done.

Recently had an upper endoscopy here… After waiting over an hour past schedule time! It was WROST ONE I’ve ever had (this was my 3rd one I’ve had) I woke up with a great burning sensation in my throat; was told it was from “coughing during the procedure” FALSE. I have extreme swelling; my uvula is so swelled that it’s touching my tongue, while also having dark red/purple bruises on it! EXTREMELY uncomfortable and painful.
