I’m going to be dead by the time I get a callback. I’ve left three voicemails and one web form. Crickets. Also, they never sent my ultrasound order to the lab so when I went to the lab they just looked at me like I was crazy. I know they are busy and are the only game in town but blowing people off and disorganization like this is why malpractice lawyers exist.
Doctors should really take note of the people they hire who are the first contact with patients. Their demeanor of “take the appt I give you or leave it” can make or break your practice. Maybe not today, maybe not next month, but trust me, people will stop calling to make appts if you’re rudeness continues.

Brandywine Urology consultants told me to leave the office and they refused to treat me. I have medicare and I have a 20% co-pay. They couldn't tell me how much I would need to pay and when I explained I had no money on me at that time they told me they were going to refuse to treat me and to leave the office. You all now know this firm doesn't care one bit about patients and they only care about money. Find a Urologist that will treat you and allow you to pay when you can. I had a set appt for good Friday. They changed it to a Tuesday without my permission. Then call me a liar. Never again, people in that office are rude and very inconsiderate.

The office is beyond rude. Husband called to schedule an appointment and the scheduling person was unbelievably rude and would not work with his work schedule. He works on the road and is not always available for middle of the day appointments.
