If you truly care about your loved one this is not a place to take them especially for memory care. Housekeeping and personal hygiene is atrocious to say the least. Staff are disinterested and leadership is non existent. Staff department heads do not walk the floors or do spot inspections. Corporate will post a standard reply to this but there's a reason they are under a provision license because they are ineffective as well. Numerous complaints are filed with the state. I won't post photos due to decency on my part. Beware.
This place reeks of urine when you walk in the door. Marlaina is very helpful always has a warm smile and generous welcome. Nursing staff doesn’t care about residents. All the years my aunt has been there only one housekeeper actually cleaned her room. I believe she said her name is Ashlei. She went above and beyond as a housekeeper. This place has a lot of work that needs to be done and the state needs to be involved.
This place is a full disgrace ...I've been calling the front desk some time now with no response. They do not assist the residents with their cell phones they just leave them hang as long as their phones are working... Will be reporting them
It has been over a month but Lauren was excellent with helping my aunt move in. She was and still is very nervous moving out of her home of 70 years. She really helped alleviate her concerns and make my aunt feel comfortable. This is an adjustment and there are various personalities that can create confusion but I know she is in a better place.
Silver Springs has done a very good job with a family member who is still there. Lauren and Wanda have been great to deal with from the very first day. They are very attentive, always respond quickly, and are on top of everything that is needed whether the issue is big or small. They are very competent and really care about the work that they do. The entire staff communicates very well and they are very professional. Bayada and Suburban Geriatrics work very closely with Silver Springs and provide excellent healthcare service... read more
