It has been over a month but Lauren was excellent with helping my aunt move in. She was and still is very nervous moving out of her home of 70 years. She really helped alleviate her concerns and make my aunt feel comfortable. This is an adjustment and there are various personalities that can create confusion but I know she is in a better place.
Silver Springs has done a very good job with a family member who is still there. Lauren and Wanda have been great to deal with from the very first day. They are very attentive, always respond quickly, and are on top of everything that is needed whether the issue is big or small. They are very competent and really care about the work that they do. My experience with Silver Springs of East Norriton. I have lived and worked in this community for many years - 25 of those years my parents resided with myself and my husband ( 1 yr in our home then in an In-Law suite added to our home in 2000). At their advanced age of 88 and 90 it became imperative they be placed in assisted living due to some health issues.
