My family’s interaction with Melissa put a bad taste in our mouths as we were assessing the facility. In person she was incredibly sweet and collaborative. However, when following up over the phone it was very clear she is solely financially focused and does not care to truly take the patient and family needs into consideration. I would be cautious before giving this establishment your money.
Anthony and the entire staff have been amazing since day one! My mother in law is settling in nicely! She has made friends and is loving all the amenities, food and overall care.
Everyone at Brandywine Governor's Crossing has been absolutely fantastic! From our first meeting with Sales Director Anthony Gagliardi, to subsequent interactions with nurses and other staff, everyone has made a tough life transition so much smoother than we expected. Thank you!
I find Rosemary at the front desk to be an absolute joy. She’s a bright light the moment you walk into the facility and truly sets a welcoming tone. As someone from New York myself, I recognize that direct New York accent and personality — and I’ve never once found her to be rude. She’s warm, professional, and a pleasure to interact with.
