I have been working at Dresher Estates for a month and a half and in that time I have been impressed by how the community is run. The managers listen to the residents and implement their suggestions. The care managers and med techs know the residents by name and care about their well being. Dresher Estates sees serving the community of Dresher Pennsylvania as a chance to improve every day with every asset at their disposal. I’m glad to be a part of their team!
This is a beautiful facility with helpful and courteous staff. It’s located in a quiet area, but very close to a big variety of shopping and dining options.
I would avoid this place. We’ve had our MIL here for 3 years and since then they’ve tried to raise the rent >$2500 since the original lease amount. Not only that, there have been several different executive directors and even a change in ownership. Ultimately what led us to move our MIL out was a massive rent increase, no one answers the phones or responds to emails, and the kicker was our MIL’ entire wardrobe was covered in human excrement.
