Worst custom service ever. No one ever calls back!
Excellent facility….very caring staff…numerous activities….great food!
They are better at sales than care. Mom spent the entire night on the bathroom floor because her emergency pendant was not working. This is the second time this issue was brought to the attention of the staff. When they called to let me know that she fell I had the impression that it had just happened. They neglected to mention that she spent the entire night on the bathroom floor. The dinning was sold as a 7AM to 7PM restaurant style operation.
