Poor communication, Poor customer service, unreliable equipment, cheap prices for sure but you get what you pay for. Rented the track loader & drum mulcher for $950. Mulcher had connection issues and wouldn’t perform properly. Exchanged it for a chipper. Noticed I didn’t get my deposit back. I called and they added the mulcher charge back(with no communication) because what I used it for it wasn’t made for it.
