I called Monday to make an appointment with this office for an extraction I had been putting off but knew I had to have done. I told them it was beginning to be sensitive and I'd like to schedule an extraction. To that end the girl on the phone said there was an opening Tuesday of next week. I took the appointment and she redirected me to the forms to be filled out. I completed them. I was nervous and Dr. Chan took her time and answered all my question. She and the staff are friendly and easy going. Happy with my experience!
If you’re like me, or most of mankind, the last place you’d want to be is at an oral surgeon’s office. However, for what it’s worth I’ve visited this location twice and was extremely pleased with the outcome. The kindness, professionalism and great work is worth applauding and recognition!
We absolutely love Dr. Famiglio!! His office staff is always so pleasant to speak to and he is the best! From his communication on the procedure being done to his follow up calls. Very thorough and genuine! I would highly recommend him!
The removal of wisdom teeth is not something you want to have to do! Brandywine made it an amazing experience and the continued follow up from the Doctor and Nurses is a very welcomed touch! They were extremely COVID compliant and my health and safety were a number 1 priority!
