Understaffed, not very responsive to patient care needs. Some staff down right abusive and when reported they are made to watch a video! Patients abusing other patients. Meals are LOADED with salt and meal requests are not honored even if made by nutritionist. Meds not given consistently. Pain meds with held. Not a fan. If you care about your loved one find another place.
This place is the greatest facility in the country. The care is second to none. The staff is warm, caring, and energetic. I wish I can give it 10 stars because of my wonderful experience here. 🫡
