We continue to be astounded by the devotion and skill of the team in the memory care unit at Brandywine in Moorestown, NJ. They have created the best possible life for our mother. The staff members are endlessly patient, inventive and caring for everyone in the unit. They do what I would have called impossible: each resident gets individually tailored care; and that care evolves as those residents meet their respective challenges. Toxic employer. They have a habit of playing favorites and pushing anyone out who doesn’t take their abuse. They also give bad references after you leave esp if you leave on your terms and not theirs. They take sadistic pleasure in firing employees and giving them bad references, even bragging about it. The COO once affectionately bragged about the HR director firing people and called him “The Terminator”. Google auto-suppressed my more detailed review.
