The team at Brandywine Home Improvement is awesome! I would totally recommend them.
They do great work. John has a great reputation, many repeat customers and an employee, Dave, who has been with the company for nearly 20 years. You couldn't ask for a more honest, hardworking home improvement team.
Their work is wonderful. That’s not why they are getting a “meh” rating. The attitude of the owner is what is causing the rating. We contracted with them for some home repairs. Four days into the job when the owner showed up ahead of his crew (but late although I said nothing) he told me he needed to get a few things straight with me (or something to that effect).
