This was a 6-month check-up. Dr evaluated hearing aids, replaced some accessories, and increased their strength a bit at my request. I also purchased supplies. Visit went very smoothly. Dr. Is responsive and friendly. Service is great.
I have had a number of hearing aids at Brandywine Hearing Center. Dr. Michelle has been thorough and professional over many years in making sure I have as good an experience as possible. He is always available to address any problems (which are few) , in a prompt manner. I highly recommend his business. It is prompt and customer friendly.
My I’ve taken my mom here several times for hearing aid repairs, and the experience has been excellent every time. The staff is wonderful, professional, and consistently completes repairs in a timely manner. They are incredibly friendly and easy to work with—I highly recommend this business!
