The front desk lady Cindy hung up on me when I first called and when I called back she was extremely rude
We are so grateful for the care my grandmother has received at this senior living community. The staff are kind, patient, and truly treat residents like family. They always take the time to make sure she is comfortable, safe, and happy, and the communication with our family has been excellent. The community is clean, welcoming, and full of warmth. Knowing she is in such good hands gives us so much peace of mind. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great care for their loved one.
The receptionist at the front desk with the New York accent is very unprofessional and disrespectful my first time there she had an attitude and cursed at me as if she does it normally to people I was just doing my job and she went off on me she really rubbed me the the wrong way especially it being my first time there she should have showed a little more respect
