A woman named Melissa who was operating the front desk had the most appalling attitude I’ve ever had that witness. She did not greet any of the patients upon arrival and I had to flag down another receptionist in order to have my appointment started. It’s extremely unfortunate that you give people like her the responsibility to care and properly account for customers when Melissa has done the exact opposite. The women at the front desk are very slow and have disgusting attitudes. They took extremely long and made me arrive late to work. This office is terrible but I appreciate my doctor so I will continue to return. But these ladies need to be trained on customer service.
Everyone there was very kind.From the girls at the front desk, to the nurse and the doctor. Very understanding and kind, they listen to you.
