I joined this gym in January 2025 and have never looked back. Every class and every workout has challenged and pushed me and I couldn't be more grateful. The coaches are excellent and the members are fantastic, just a great gym! They have an awesome schedule with class times in the morning, lunch and afternoons. BWCF is a first class cross fit community. Been going regularly for 3 years and coaches and members are supportive and work with where you are at in your fitness journey and push you to be better while having some fun doing it. Luke continually invests in upgrades like saunas, access to products and supplements and expansion to the benefit of members.
