I have been going to Brandywine CrossFit for over 12 years. Best gym ever. Coaches are great. Love the programming. And the community is the best. Met my people here. And I am in the best shape of my life.

BWCF is a special place. I've tried out a few gyms in the area but never BWCF. My experience with these other gyms were not the greatest so I was slightly apprehensive heading into BWCF. We went to check out the 9am (now 8:30) and were greeted by everyone warming up for the class. It was pretty obvious we were new to the gym, so Luke immediately made us feel at home and gave us the gym overview. I have been attending BWCF for 3.5 years and have loved the variety and challenge of the workouts. Deciding to start CrossFit has been one of the most physically and mentally rewarding decisions I’ve made. The coaches meet you where you are at and all the workouts can be scaled to any ability. Great facility and welcoming community! Coach Luke led a great warmup and was very informative in explaining the movements. Would definitely recommend for someone looking to explore functional fitness.

Luke and his team are awesome. This community has a place for anyone looking to experience CrossFit as it was intended to be. I thought the previous owner was awesome and the new guys is even better !!!
