There is only one place we take our vehicles, Brandywine Coach Works. Kathy’s customer service is the absolute gold standard - far exceeding our expectations with how professional and knowledgeable she is on top of making us feel like we’re the most important customer in the universe! Also want to recognize all the amazing technicians that worked on our vehicle, their work is absolutely the best in the industry!

I had to bring my car here recently and I had the best experience. Everyone was so kind and professional. I was kept updated on the status of my vehicle and I am very impressed by how quickly I was able to have my car done. I truly feel Kathy went above and beyond and is an exceptional person to work with. I would highly recommend them.
I cannot recommend Brandywine Coachworks enough! From the moment I talked to Kathy on the phone I knew I’d be in great hands. She is kind, professional, and over-communicates, which is ideal when you’re down a vehicle. She got me in quickly, the guys finished the dent repair same day (you’d never know it had a massive ding), and even made time to fully detail my car which looked/smelled brand new (and the mint was a nice touch). I was so impressed by the whole experience and will choose them for any future body shop needs.
