They had no problem finding what I needed as well as getting it in a timely manner. Plus price wasn't that bad either.
Was told it would 2 weeks to replace the transmission. Now over a month with my suv. Everyone from Mary to Joshua is making excuses. They sent the wrong transmission, then got the right one but it was never taken to the mechanic, then the mechanic has to fix his own car first, no one cares that I am still paying for a rental. The worse experience of my life. I had to get a transmission I thought that what was quoted was reasonable got that done. Once I picked up my car 11/29/25 the same day my engine light came on. I took it back just to have to spend even more money I was told i needed spark plugs and a coil replaced got that done. Picked my car up 12/6/25 just for it to sound worse than what it did being brought to brandywine.
