Manager here is unprofessional and very rude to my parents. The manager slammed my parents apartment door to throw her tantrum. This is an unacceptable behavior to anyone specifically to a over 80 years old couple. Will file a to the upper management for sure.
My mother passed away in December 2023 I was told by the manager I would get my mother's deposit back in a month or so well here we are 6 months later and no refund. Terrible place, shame on you.
Been on waiting list right at 4 years. :( Still waiting….
Going through a lot of remolding, but workers are always working and polite.
