Approximately $200 in disputed charges! There were numerous issues with the service and management here: 1. $125 platter was added to our bill instead of $20 slider - luckily we caught this and had it corrected. However, auto gratuity was added to the incorrect amount AND wasn’t disclosed, so we ended up tipping double on an incorrect total. We were told this tip error couldn’t be corrected. 2. Be careful guys! Always fill all the lines in the merchant receipt copy. I paid for a drink less than 15$ and they added themselves a 100$ tip. I spoke to the restaurant to see if I can get the refund since this was a mistake and something I didn’t add but they ignored me and then after following up many times they told me they cannot help me. Had an awesome time here with family. Great service, great live music. Sad that oysters weren’t available but won’t stop me from coming back. Highly recommend
