UPDATE: Since new owner take over the only new things going up is RENT. Multiple times!? Driveways were "supposed" to be fixed but just covered with thin layer of black tar/asphalt. Snow removal has deteriorated as they tend to plow each driveway in and then hold you hostage to pay their guy to shovel you out. Unfortunately they have you handcuffed once you have been here any amount of time as moving a 25 year old mobile home really isn't cost effective, or safe. I have been a resident for six years, here is my honest review. Good: -Cheapest lot rent in the area -Most have spacious lots with woods and wildlife (I was lucky to have one like this) -No theft ever, no break ins. Safe community to live in -Desirable location Bad: -No inforcement of rules and regulations whatsoever, lots of homes in multiple violations -No community at all -Older homes that need lots of work -Lack of pride in ownership with people who live here. (homes not well taken care of)
