UPDATE: Since new owner take over the only new things going up is RENT. Multiple times!? Driveways were "supposed" to be fixed but just covered with thin layer of black tar/asphalt. Snow removal has deteriorated as they tend to plow each driveway in and then hold you hostage to pay their guy to shovel you out. Unfortunately they have you handcuffed once you have been here any amount of time as moving a 25 year old mobile home really isn't cost effective, or safe.
