Lacks experience and skill to handle family issues and does not make you feel safe enough to freely express yourself. You will be prohibited from using language she does not agree with if you want to have counseling with Brandy. Saw her for one intake session for marriage counseling and after using one curse word (I wasn't even looking at her or anyone when I said it, just generally used as emphasis) she didn't even let me finish my sentence, cut me off and claimed she "will not be cussed at", and immediately hung up on us. ... read more

This SAP counselor was terrible, she never followed thru with what she said she was gonna do, until a week after the fact. Then I had to call her repeatedly, where she never picked up the phone or returned calls. And when I urged her to follow thru with what she said, she became unpleasant with me in front of her other client. She told me what I could expect in the following months , that turned out to be a lie as well.
