Dr. Ricard is a good doctor- -but some of her STAFF is another story. I told the young girl behind the counter I was VERY hard of hearing and I read lips- -so instead of the girl writing things done since she had a mask on, she YELLS very loudly so everyone in the room knew our conversation about MY business- -how immature can one get? A lady that was in the room told me she yelled very loudly- -that is how I knew.
Dr Ricard, Stephanie, and the whole staff at her practice are always welcoming and friendly. They have always taken the time to explain things to me, whether its a new medication or medical issue. Dr Ricard has saved my life more than once with quick diagnosis and treatment. May 2, 2018 she and Stephanie diagnosed me with AML. The following day May 3, 2018 she had me scheduled for my first oncology appointment in Dallas and I actually received my first chemo that evening. Terrible office and she doesn’t care about my concerns at all about my baby who isn’t even 1 yet. She circumcised him and didn’t realize he wasn’t all the way circumcised until he was 6 months old... she pulled his skin back and made him bleed!! Hard to get an appointment and the nurses station won’t ever call me back!!! Out of the three different times I’ve called I’ve received 0 calls back!! We have had a great experience with Dr Ricard. When we get to see her. I know she is busy, but for the most part she has actually saw my daughter 1 time in 3 years. When we do see her she is great, and her nurse practitioner Tim is great too. Now the Tennessee Colony Clinic. She is snooty, and makes you feel rushed. I don't care how old my children are "14" I need to talk to you about her illness. And I need you to look at me and listen.
Love Dr. Ricard, Stephanie, and the whole team! They take time and care! I would recommend giving them a try! Super knowledgeable and know what they are doing! I cannot say enough good things about everyone here! Just amazing!
I really enjoyed seeing her. She took time to explain to me how and what I need to do to get better. Her nurse was very helpful and super friendly. I think I just found my new family doctor

Nope, never again! Rushed, long wait, she told me to follow-up with nurse practitioner. Not what I'm looking for.
