I’ve been going to Dr Roose for many years. I go for all my 6 months check ups and blood work. This past year I got sick quite often. So hard to get appointments when your sick and had to go to ER or Urgent care several times in just 6 months. Last urgent care they had to do a CT scan. WOW!! Found severly multi blocked coronary arteries including aorta and I have COPD. How!!!! Why wasn’t Dr Roose taking care of me. Why no preventative tests. DOCTOR IS ONLY IN IT FOR MONEY!! NEVER SAW HER OR GOT A CALL TO CANCEL WHEN I WENT FOR MY APPT! DOES NOT CARE ABOUT A SINGLE PATIENT! If I could leave a zero I would. I had an appointment Tuesday Aug 29,2023 and I showed up but they are closed so I spent an hour trying to call and the answering service answered asked me to leave a message then told me to call the office Thursday and tried to hang up and I said woah wait don’t they need my phone number? We have been seen by Dr. Roose when our regular PCP is out of the office and she has impressed us so much we might switch to her as our PCP. She is knowledgeable, tender and caring. My husband was filled with anxiety after a CT Scan revealed a problem. We stopped by her office only to get a referral to the specialist. Most doctors would have given the referral and sent us on our way, but she insisted on seeing my husband right then and there! Who does that nowadays. She clarified the report and gave him hope.
