I went to Brandy Melville with my daughter today and we like it!! Staff at cashier and fitting room are nice and helpful. Security also very polite and nice. We will definitely go again coz the clothing are sooooo cute!!!
Cute clothes but the employees working in the change room always have the biggest attitude. No attempt to greet customers or even smile which is very unprofessional.
Negative experience with the security guard on duty. Please provide guards with better training, from your brand or from the third party security company.
