Clothing sizes? One. Change rooms? none. Trying on clothes? forbidden. Returns? store credit. Arrogant store, believes it is doing the customers a favor for letting them shop. Also to top it off long lines to get in, pay. Wont buy my kids clothes there. 0 stars if possible. Dellusional.
This is the most ridiculous store I have been to. There are way too many employees that are blocking every table so you can’t even look at clothes. To top it off, there is no changing rooms so you have no idea if the clothes will fit. You can’t even pull a top over your head to see. It doesn’t make sense.
Honestly a huge waste of time. Traveled from out of town, waited a half hour in line to get in. Once we finally got in, the store was so crowded you couldn’t even move and the line up to pay wrapped around the whole store. Dressing rooms are closed. We attempted to try on a few shirts over top of a tank top to be told by sales staff that was not allowed. They even got the security guard involved. I was very disappointed to make the commute to the store and not be allowed in because they supposedly close 15 minutes before their advertised closing time. If 6:45 is the closing time adjust the advertised hours accordingly.
