Very rude staff. Went inside the store and the staff stared at me like i wasn’t welcomed there. Complete silence and no greetings, absolutely no customer service at all. Why are all the staff working there just to not do anything other than getting in everyone’s way “folding clothes” slowly and chatting with each other in one section? Does the management hire staff based on how much they can disrespect the customers? Do they have a commission of getting paid higher if they’re rude to 30 customers a day? Amazing clothes and prices and impeccable service! I was struggling to find a certain item for my granddaughter when an employee asked if I needed help with anything, she continued to lead me throughout the store, helping me pick out items for about 20 minutes. So very beautiful and darling, she has the most stunning red hair. Thank you Miya!
0 stars if I could. Came with my friend and absolutely no one greeted us, just stare at you and continue talking to their coworkers? 0 customer service care. Hire based off rudeness at this point.
I visisted the store and i still havent gotten over the fact that all those employees that are crealy not needed in the store were giving me dirty looks. I coudnt walk around the store because of how much staff was around and half of them would just chat with each other and look at me like im weird or something whem im the costumer, not them.
