First time buying anything from BM, pleasantly surprised visiting the store after reading all the reviews. Went during a Monday morning so no line, staff were actually very nice grabbing things from up top and starting a change room, and checkout was quick! Was a bit crowded though, a bigger location might be ideal. Didn't find much that fit however , sizing was a bit big but got to grab socks and some base layers!
When we discovered items purchased were missing from the bag, we called and were told to just get the items the next time we were in. But of course it wasn't that easy. When we got there, we were told whoever took the call did not pass the details to the supervisor, which meant they couldn't check the cameras to see what had happened. I don’t understand why there is no line up policy in Tokyo and Hong Kong, but only here!!! Do they want business?!
My experience as a mom the line up for entrance and change rooms ridiculous. So let’s be proactive try some things on inline which you can easily do sweatshirt sweater etc well hard no !!! Well that’s wrong not only would increase yoyr sales but keep lines moving !! Do better BM
