Absoultely atrocious customer service. Rude and unhelpful staff
Staff were rude, judgmental and argumentative. The store is insanely cramped with no change rooms or mirrors. Customer service is basically nonexistent. Two stars because some of the clothes were cute. Save yourself the experience and shop Brandy online or go elsewhere.
Severe Employee Misconduct, Dishonesty, and Customer Hostility My sister and I called ahead earlier in the week to ask about the London UK hoodie on the mannequin. Two employees told us they change the mannequins on Wednesdays, so my sister arrived at 9:40 AM on Wednesday, September 23rd, to be the very first customer in line.
