Compassionate, knowledgeable, efficient, caring about the patients
Waited 1.5 months to see the doctor. Upon arrival got checked in had to wait another hour in exam room. When someone finally arrived it was a resident and not doctor. Tried to explain really wanted to see doctor. when Dr. Mc Kelvy finally arrived she asked me to leave. I tried to explain situation but she refused to see me and asked me leave. I left without incident but felt she was brash and did not offer me any dignity. It was very disappointing.
Dr. McKelvy has been my late wife and my own pulmonologist since 2016 after to Houston, and needing a new pulmonologist!! With my son being a doctor in his residency in Houston got us an appointment with Dr. McKelvy, and we couldn’t have been more satisfied!! Extremely professional, and listens carefully to the patient, and excellent follow up on patients treatment plan!! Highly recommend!!
