The front desk person was abrupt and not patient. She didn't recognize that my mother was not understanding due to hearing loss and that she was unable to stand for a period of time. A form given did not note it was for nephrology and made it seem my Mom was to be seen by cardiology. Dr. Dantzer nurse and Dr. Dantzer were pleasant and apologized for wait. They both answered questions and tried to communicate with my Mom even though her hearing is poor.
Always a positive interaction with Brandy Dantzer and her staff.
