Jennefer Lowe has continued to take advantage of my brother in law. He had a court date today so she could excuse herself from his case that SHE cancelled and did not care to contact him about the cancellation. He is on oxygen and being out is a SEVERE risk to his health. Jennefer has taken over $4,000 dollars from him with nothing to show for it.
