I had my SMP treatment with Simon Lane at the Brandwood Clinic six years ago and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. After my initial three treatments I was able to have two free touch ups within the first two years, which really helped keep everything looking fresh. I had my SMP done with these guys. It was nearly a good job. Although the hairline was definitely nowhere near symmetrical. I did mention this to the artist who said it was fine. Then after a few months of my 3rd treatment, I sent the artist a whatsapp message to take up their 4th treatment, which is free within 2 years. However, the message had 2 grey ticks and he didn't respond at all. I assume this was because I was questioning his work previously and he didn't want to deal with me.
