I had a brake peddle switch replaced on my ultra glide trike. Benson's charged me 2.5 hours to replace it, The guy on you tube replaced their's in less than 30 minutes. At 130$ an hour I'm not exactly pleased. ,

They have prepared my bike for a solo ride to Anchorage in July. Being a woman traveling alone, I don’t want bike issues complicating the trip. They slapped new shoes on my Pan America and went over it to ensure it’s ready, all while I currently live in Kotzebue AK.They arranged pick up and delivery to and from my house in Indiana. They are the best.
Didn't end up buying the bike I came to look at (just wasn't comfortable for me) but Matt was still very helpful and knowledgeable
