Went for a concert on June 4/22 spent easily over a $1000 on accessories for my new bike and liked it so much I was looking at getting the wife a bike too from them until I got a bad nut on a foot peg that fell off on the way home figured no big deal they would replace it... NOPE!!!!! Some kid said they install them all the time and have never had a defective part so I'm out the money and peg???? Great big store with lots of bikes and accessories
Brands did a wonderful job with the sale of the trike i purchased. At no time we're they pushy or telling me what I wanted or needed. Great experience 👍 job well done.
