I'd give 10 stars if I could. We've been dealing with the service manager Emily for over 2 months, with her and ourselves caught in the middle of a situation with Paccar. She has gone above and beyond! I can't say enough good about Brandt and their mechanics and the service department! Emily and Austin have earned Brandt a customer for life!!! Thank you Brandt Peterbilt!!!!
Got us in on a whim, got us out same day with a sensor issue, close enough to the truckstop ypu can grab food, TV and couch in drivers lounge, vending machines and free coffee, was a long day waiting but they did what they could to service us off the cuff and we appreciated that! Lady at the sergice counter was through, attentive aand seemed to care enough to update me along the way and even said she was leaving for the day amd just wanted me to know she made second shift aware of my situation and waiting for the truck, that... read more
