Terrible service from my experience. I was here last fall and one “Tech” as they call themselves these days took out the heater core from my truck’s bunk heater and found out that it was not the problem. Then he found that it was something else. I never complained about it. I should have though. I ended up buying a new unit. I have an issue now and they won’t even try to help me. I'd give 10 stars if I could. We've been dealing with the service manager Emily for over 2 months, with her and ourselves caught in the middle of a situation with Paccar. She has gone above and beyond! I can't say enough good about Brandt and their mechanics and the service department! Emily and Austin have earned Brandt a customer for life!!! Thank you Brandt Peterbilt!!!!
