Broke down 7 hours from home, was towed in on a Saturday. Got my truck running again the same day! And got me on my way home the mechanics and service staff are awesome and went above and beyond to get me going and even help on programming my ecu for certain functions set. Overall awesome people !!

Long-time Peterbilt customer here, buying 4-5 trucks a year - not anymore. The service department : completely broken. Only two service advisors handle the entire operation, making updates, callbacks or even checking in a truck nearly impossible. This used to be staffed by 5 front desk advisors; now it's a mess with just two people. Competitors like Kenworth and Volvo down the street actually value their customers. This place doesn't. There is no service manager, no branch manager, and apparently hasn't been for over a year.... read more
Horrible service department, it feels like they only care about you when making the sale. They shouldn’t be allowed to call them selves a Peterbilt Dealership if they’re just going to abandon you when it comes to service. They shouldn’t even open their doors if there’s not enough staff to operate the place.
