Wonder why everyone is giving bad reviews. I was to bring in a truck for service for the first time at this location.
This review is for the service department. August 3rd at 3:30 pm I walked in with a question. The gentleman who was at the desk was not helpful at all. Kept saying don’t know without even listening to the whole question. Had a very arrogant attitude.

Made phone calls to innisfils full booked left message with mississauga and Kevin got back to me ,explained my problem plus on after market warranty it took the warranty company 27hrs to give a yes and work was carried out pronto vgtr actuator, def pump, road test, and re gen done ready to rock n roll. Thanks to all the service and shop for the friendly service had a 3nite stay while things were done. Thanks guys from Me and bandit. Plenty of food options within walking distance.
