Unfortunately wouldn't suggest any fellow business owners dealing with this dealership, From the finance management to the service department provided here, It is nothing but unorganized and miscommunication on some of the most important aspects of dealing with a equipment dealership.. Continuously frustrated anytime I have to deal with this team. The only team members I have been happy dealing with have left after a short period of time. Hate to say it.
Called in to order a hydraulic line last minute on a Friday that broke on one of our excavators James W tracked down the part # and let me know they had one in stock and would have it pulled for my arrival. I showed up and the shipping staff weren’t able to locate it. James wouldn’t let me leave without double checking for it himself and lo and behold he found it.
