They may be the worst John Deere dealer we have dealt with. Can’t seem to get simple parts, we had to go to another dealer which also had to order the part. Still no phone call from Brant saying the part was in just always 2 more days.
BRET from parts has no knowledge, training or customer service skills. Over the phone he won't even look up if they have certain liquid I was looking for, he says come to the store then we will look it up... went to the store he wasted 30-40 minutes of my time trying to find a simple filter for John Deere backhoe. Ended up leaving the store. Called and went to Green Tractor, they had all parts ready for me when I arrived THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We bought and service our machine at Brandt and all I can say is wow. Jim Ferri (Service Manager) is amazing. Responsive, professional, and personable, we greatly appreciate having the support he provides! Thanks Jim!
