If I could give 0 stars I would. Purchased a used mini excavator over the phone - I don't live in Manitoba. I realize it's used but I would have thought being a dealership had it, it would have at least been gone through. When we went to pick up, it wouldn't come off idle. They took it into the shop and "fixed" it enough to get it on the trailer. Waited 3 hours for the repair and they couldn't even fill the machine. 26 litres when I filled it. Unloaded and soon saw the one thumb hose was leaking badly. Replaced it immediatel... read more

I would recommend Grant in sales at the Regina branch to anyone. After dealing with Brandt in Regina for years, my experiences have always been positive. Recently, we drove 9 hrs to view a used excavator at the Winnepeg branch. The salesman was a no show and the machine was not in the condition to be viewed. The tech on site was very helpful but the machine was out of hyd oil and def fluid and the tracks were fiddle string tight. Our appointment was set up 4 days prior, lots of notice was given.
