Poor sales tried to deal with them, they sat in the office receptionist told me to call them
I was looking everywhere for a reasonably priced telehandler(I build custom homes). With not much luck!.... I got a hold of Tim Tubman with Brandt tractor and he did everything in his power to find me a great machine and a finance company to work with (finance -John Deere of course!) Jeff Verokoski with John Deere finance made the magic happen! Thanks to everyone over there did help make this happen for me !
I called the branch to discuss a quote to upgrade a diesel engine we have at my place of employment. First call was on hold and then disconnected before I got a chance to talk to a real person. Called back and got through and was directed to the parts dept I asked for. After waiting on hold I was directed to a call center. That gentleman was not able to help me much (but he did his best!) and asked me to hold so I could speak to a parts person at the branch level. These guys are a joke of a branch and disgrace compared to the Red Deer branch. Tried calling them 9 times over the past two days, they have not answered the phone once. Very frustrating when trying to order parts. Even when calling late in the evening they do not answer, there is no chance their parts people are too busy to answer the phone at 8:30 in the evening. Useless group of individuals.
