Full disclosure we never actually used thier services We had an unfortunate issue with our travel trailer while traveling north on hwy 11 and we ended up in Brandts parking lot while we waited for a tow truck. Everyone that came from their building was all incredibly friendly, even offered us to wait inside their building and have a coffee. My family and I are very grateful for the kindness of everyone there during that stressfilull time.

Called the service department on January 8, 2026. Asked to talk to the manager But he was in a meeting. This was at about 2:00 PM. Left my name and number for a return phone call and never heard back. I will not be dealing with them again Poor customer service and no return phone call
