Excellent customer service by all staff
I visited to pick up some parts with my neighbour was here to pick up parts he had ordered. Every Office looked onto the showroom. It was apparent no one wanted to serve us. Pretty deplorable if you ask me. Customer Service is non existent. Finally one person from his Office says can I help you. We had to look as to where this voice was coming from? Finally some service! Well of the items that we had picked up, half was wrong. Time to look for somewhere with Customer Service and the Right Parts. Definitely not this Location ... read more
Court is the best parts lady and is absolutely amazing at her job! We exclusively use her for ordering parts because she is very knowledgeable, and personable with all of her clients!
The lady that works the cash at the parts dept, is an idiot and will waste your time asking for irrelevant information. Don't bother going there, they'd rather not sell to you. McLaren Equipment has top notch service. New Location coming to Bracebridge!
