December 19 2016 @ 16:00ish while following your white vehicle out of Elmira on Arthur St heading towards North Woolwich: your vehicle accelerated to a high rate of speed in the city limits losing all the compressed snow on its roof that should have easily been cleaned off before using the vehicle.... the snow covered walkers on the sidewalk, and had I been within five car lengths, my vehicle's windscreen would have been covered over instantly.
