I have been in Marengo for 9 months but have been filling scripts. forever (Kids & all) Sure they have some bad days, but I havent seen them.I have had issues with walmart, walgreens,have had wrong counts only to be told that because I left the counter there was nothing they can do about it etc. I have yet to encounter an issue at Brandts, one time they could not fill full script so they had them ordered in asap. I say small town, small problems!
Went in there a couple months back and was really disappointed. The place had outdated food products. The lady behind the counter that sold me a lotto ticket on a Tuesday morning was very rude. I was traveling through town and I will not go back there again.
Not the best place. Have had Pharmacist make mistakes on prescriptions more than once, medications not well stocked. Place is not well kept up (clean) nor well-organized and pricing is high. Hours inconvenient to say the least. Like to shop locally, prefer to support local business, but this place makes it hard.
this pharmacy does NOT care about its customers. First off when my child who has a terminal illness got a new perscription said they could not fill it because it was to early to refill it. But it was a new perscription so how could it be to early to fill it. And when we tried to explain that it was a new perscription they were very rude, kept saying it was to early and would not listen to anything me or my wife were saying.
