They're always friendly and professional. They go the extra mile, always very helpful. Even sending a get well message home with my husband when he picks up my meds for me � I've lived here almost 30 years and I've always gone here. They are completely friendly and knowledgeable. If I had a problem they fixed right away. But any problem I have had was pretty insignificant.
I have lived in Marengo for nearly 23 years. I have tried other Pharmacys and keep coming back to Brandts because I trust Brandts.Im not just another number at Brandts.They are concerned, thoughtful, informative and polite.I needent wait for long periods of time as I have elsewhere. I thought I was getting a bargain elsewhere and I was very wrong. I have lived in Marengo here for more than 3 years now and even with the threat of a competing pharmacy to be built in town, this place still has inconvenient hours and high prices. Not to mention the place doesnt even look that nice. Mr. Brandt, if you read this, please go to the nearest Walgreens (unfortunately 20 minutes away) and take notes. Having to drive to Crystal Lake at 2 am when my daughter wakes up crying with a cold is aggrevating. Poor business decisions have been with impunity for far too long.
This place really overall deserve a one star rating. Mess up on presrcriptons, high prices (Wisteds is less expensive on seval items at times) and the store is just out dated. I would really hate to see a small town buisness close, but this one just may need to be, unfortunitly! I can understand that many people like this place, but really it needs helpin more ways then one.
