Whatever Brandt did when they took over.. undo all of that. Answer the phone. Don't have a random person text me the next day for credit card info to start the course only to tell me they're full when i respond. Cervus was great. Customer service like this doesn't get second chances.
Since the Brandt take over cant even get them to answer the dam phone. Right to call center...great thanks. Brutal customer service. Wish I could give zero stars
