Spare parts people have no clue. You'll lose your business if you don't employ knowledgeable staff. If you can't supply quality after sales service with staff that have knowledge about your products, how can a business expect to gain more sales without supplying customer satisfaction ? Go elsewhere.
We put our little 42" John Deere ride-on mower for a service & was handed a bill of over $1000+!! Couldn't believe it, the mower was probably worth that much as a trade in. Part's & labour were way inflated & to make it worse they pressure cleaned it with an acid mix which dulled all the paintwork & ended up with the paint pealing away after a few months. Stay away !
A fresh change with new staff who know their stuff and go out of their way to help. Thank you
