Terrible company, horrible customer service, and sub par products. I would avoid it at all costs.
Management drinks and smokes inside the building. Customer service complains about customers, will ignore chats cause there too busy gossiping bout there personal lives or just talking badly about customers. They put phones on hold to complain about customers. There customer service supervisor does the same thing! She doesn’t even talk or fire you herself she makes other people do it.
