The customer service at *********is extremely POOR. They do not know the products or parts and I was grossly mislead and misinformed and left with an appliance that is not what it s chop up to be. The supervisor was so rude. I am done with this company.
I ordered two items in the beginning of April, and had to request a confirmation email of my order. I was told that I would receive an email when my order shipped. After several weeks I contacted them because I hadn't received a shipping notification. They told me an item I ordered had been back ordered but would ship within 24 hours. A few days later I had still not received a shipping notification and upon contacting them once again was told they had undergone an upgrade that delayed shipping.
