We have bought fittings for two bathroom refurbishments from Brands and both times been very pleased with the friendly and knowledgeable service they provided. In particular, a high-end heated towel rail came without two ornamental finials, which had to be replaced through a new order. Jamie at Brands chased this new but small order through and eventually the parts arrived and, now fitted, look great.
