My IXTastic unit failed and I needed to know if it was under warranty. They promptly organised an electrician to attend my home. Unfortunately the electrician who installed the unit made a mess of the wiring and installation causing the unit to fail. Trying to unravel the mess included speaking with the service dept of Bramds Direct who were extremely helpful (again) in confirming what was said by the installer (who lied) within their final report. Can’t fault these guys. Prompt, efficient and provide quality service.
