Avoid this seller. The product I ordered is not available. Even after cancelling my order because the product is not available, the website continues to allow the public to buy the product. I was not adivised that my order is not fulfilled until I reached out to them asking for update about my order. I managed to order from another online seller after long delays. The other seller advised me that the product is not available and voluntarily offered to replace the item with a better product.

Wow! What an amazing experience we had dealing with brands direct! I accidentally ordered the wrong tap online and called them and within no time they had cancelled it refunded it and my new tap was delivered to me within a couple of days! Shout out to the amazing Sylvia who went above and beyond to help sort it out!

I genuinely never leave bad reviews, but this has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a business. We purchased tapware from Bathroom Sales Direct on 30 April.
