I placed an order on a Thursday night and followed up via messenger on Monday, was told that order should be ready in 3-5 business days...the next day i rang the 1800 number and got the marvellous Janelle who helped expedite pick up of my order from the manufacturers depot...this was just sensational as the project was about to come to a halt as I needed this item to be able to continue on.
