So fresh and so clean! Austin and Cesar have cleaned our carpets twice now, and we wouldn't choose anyone else. If only you could smell how fresh our carpets are! The team is friendly and always quick to respond. They were able to fit us in right away when we needed a cleaning before family visited unexpectedly. this was my first time getting my carpets cleaned in charlotte. i had used another company before, but the results didn’t last long and my carpet would look dirty again pretty quickly. this time, cesar and austin arrived early (after calling to check if it was okay) and did an amazing job. my carpet looks fresh and almost brand new again. they were very thorough and made sure i was completely happy with the cleaning. next time i need carpet cleaning, i’ll definitely ask for cesar and austin. great job!
We had our two area rugs cleaned in Charlotte, and the results were amazing. The rugs look even better now than when we first got them, which is incredible considering one is very old and has been through a lot with our dogs. i’m in charlotte and i’m glad austin was able to come out. he let me know when he was running a little late because of traffic, which made sense since we are a bit out of the way. he was very friendly and professional. i needed carpet repair and stretching after my husband had to cut the carpet because of water damage. there was also wood under the carpet that austin checked and fixed since there was some mold growing. he did a really thorough job, and i highly recommend brandon's carpet cleaning for carpet repairs. a+ servi... read more
