Instead of coming on site for an estimate, Carlos asked for pictures and gave a quote based only on pictures that was 300 percent higher than the nearest competitor (who came on site and gave a much more thorough estimate). Complete rip-off.
Waited almost a month for an estimate was to come last Sunday for Estimate between 12 -2 text me at 12 said was sick ask when he can come again said today Friday between 12-2 Text me at 800am to Confirm today between 12-2 I said yes just text me at 1120am and said his insurance does not cover my ares bs said Beyond his control bs again wasted whole month with this bs very Unprofessional please you didn't know month ago that your insurance didn't cover my ares all bs don't waste your time with him

I am incredibly pleased with the work Carlos and his team have done with the backsplash install. Not only was Carlos and his team true professionals and knowledgeable, but they were also very kind. They did not rush the install and insisted on cleaning up everything, even after telling them not to worry about it. I recommend Carols 10/10 times!
This was the most responsive business when I was looking at having a gray glass subway kitchen backsplash installed. Carlos came out quickly and gave a clear estimate and schedule; the installers did beautiful work and were a joy to have in my home. I am thrilled!
