Extremely good customer service, communication and helpful information. Sent videos of the problem! Gave repair options based on budget and need. So glad to have my grandkids in the hands of these people. (I live out of state)

This was my first time using Brandon's but the process was great. We discussed the quote over email which was super easy and the prices were fair. The actual price I paid ended up being LESS than what they even quoted! They picked me up at my house when car was done and explained what they did and why.
