Great experince! We were in a pinch. Our Mercedes GL 350 Bluetec's Water Pump went out in the the middle of nowhere. We were fortunate enough to get a tow late afternoon Saturday. We were stuck in town for 3 days before we could start our way back to Colorado. Brandon and his team got things diagnosed and parts ordered for ASAP delivery. Almost two years ago now I lucked into a low-mileage 2014 Lexus CT200h. I figured I could always take it to the dealership for maintenance work if I wanted to be bent over a barrel, but the idea did not appeal to me in the slightest. WARNING horrible experience a couple years ago. they had my car for MONTHS and kept pushing the date back! then i left a negative comment on a post warning others and they actually told me to take the comment down… veryyy professional. then when i tried to go get my car it wouldn’t start. that happened TWICE. horrible men work here! i wouldn’t trust them with any vehicle ever.
