25 yrs in park, has been a pleasant place to live. Rent increase the last five years have been difficult. 8% In 1921,17% in 1922, 3% in 1923, 10% in 1924, 9% in 1925. Anything over 3% seems unreasonable. No parking makes it hard for health care workers or family to visit during the day. If they can keep up with the dead trees, I have no complaints with upkeep. Management has been cordial and usually respectful.
Super expensive and we have to pay 100 dollars for yard services even through the winter and do not get out driveways plowed.
This place sucks to live there random water shutdowns and the worst thing they charge you for nothing just for a single thing we can’t have anything in our backyard without the office sending you a violation. Parks are in the worst shape possible including yard. Finally they ended up increasing rent every single time by 2x this place needs a new staff!
Stopped in to ask about lot rent and availability. Office ladies were super friendly and helpful!!
