Worst possible place to live. Random water shut offs, power shut offs, can’t have anything in your yard without a violation(what’s the point of the yard??) terrible maintenance and office staff. You’re forced to pay for services that you don’t receive and if by some miracle you do it’s the sloppiest work anyone can do. As of July 2025, they charge $1095 monthly lot rent for new residents and an average of $650 for current residents. The park office can confirm this if you call them. This is in violation of Minnesota Statute 327C.03.3 Subdivision 3 which states all rental payments must be uniform throughout the park with exceptions.
