The staff are very friendly and very helpful!
Don't throw your money away on lot rent. It's way too expensive.
Although I like the fact that they have garages that are under the house to save space, there are definite risks that come associate with that such as carbon monoxide. At the same time this is a very old trailer park and could definitely use some updates.
