Although I like the fact that they have garages that are under the house to save space, there are definite risks that come associate with that such as carbon monoxide. At the same time this is a very old trailer park and could definitely use some updates.

Worst possible place to live. Random water shut offs, power shut offs, can’t have anything in your yard without a violation(what’s the point of the yard??) terrible maintenance and office staff. You’re forced to pay for services that you don’t receive and if by some miracle you do it’s the sloppiest work anyone can do. The rent has been getting raised over and over again while more and more problem for the people living here are arising so there’s no logical reason for rent hikes. As of July 2025, they charge $1095 monthly lot rent for new residents and an average of $650 for current residents. The park office can confirm this if you call them. This is in violation of Minnesota Statute 327C.03.3 Subdivision 3 which states all rental payments must be uniform throughout the park with exceptions. These exceptions do NOT include if the resident of the lot is a new applicant.
